How to Access Security and Compliance Documentation

To provide you with the most up-to-date compliance and security documentation and allow you to self-serve to get those documents when needed, we recently launched the MX Trust Exchange (powered by UpGuard).

How to access the documents

  1. Visit our Trust Exchange here: MX Trust Center | Security and Compliance Documentation

  2. Click on the link “MX Trust Exchange by UpGuard”.

  3. Create a user account using your company email address and set a password. Personal email domains such as Gmail cannot be authorized.

  4. Follow the prompts to electronically sign our NDA.

Once the NDA is signed, our security team will review your request. Access is granted within three business days.
