Getting Started with the MX Value Dashboard

Last updated: September 3, 2026

The MX Value Dashboard is your centralized platform for understanding the value MX delivers to your organization. It brings together product performance data, analytics, and insights into a single login experience, so your team can see how MX products are driving measurable business outcomes without switching between multiple tools or systems.

Use this article for: Understanding what the Value Dashboard is, who should use it, what you can do inside it, and how to log in.

Who this is for

The Value Dashboard is designed for financial institution (FI) employees who need visibility into product performance and business outcomes, including:

  • Executives and business leaders reviewing product value

  • Marketing and digital product teams analyzing user engagement

  • Analysts exploring account, deposit, lending, or transaction data

What you can do in the Value Dashboard

  • View cumulative growth rates for deposit balances, lending balances, and interchange-eligible transaction volume, benchmarked against top-performing MX clients

  • Access Product Performance Dashboards for the MX products enabled for your organization

  • Explore user data and build custom audience segments, if your organization has Customer Analytics

  • Launch and track targeted messaging campaigns, if Messaging is enabled

  • Review Data Access activity and metrics

How to access the Value Dashboard

Your access link depends on how your institution connects to MX. Your account contact or onboarding documentation will include the specific URL for your institution. If you are unsure of your login link, contact MX support and include your company name so MX can confirm the correct access path.

  1. Navigate to your institution's Value Dashboard URL.

  2. Enter your credentials. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), authenticate through your identity provider.

  3. After signing in, you will land on the homepage, which displays your institution's performance summary.

Important notes

  • If you are logging in for the first time and do not have credentials, contact your MX account team to request user provisioning.

  • Admin users can manage team member access and permissions from within the dashboard.

  • Product performance and analytics features may vary based on the products and modules enabled for your organization.

When to contact MX support

  • You are unable to log in and are not using SSO

  • Your dashboard is not displaying data you expect to see

  • You need to add or remove users and cannot do so from within the dashboard
